Therapy sessions are $180 per session. Limited sliding-scale spots are available - please feel free to reach out if cost may be a barrier for you.

Sessions are offered in-person in Hermosa Beach or online, depending on what feels most supportive for you.

FAQs

  • I am currently out-of-network with insurance. I can provide a superbill upon request which may earn you partial reimbursement from your insurance company.

  • Starting therapy for the first time can feel like a big step. We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation call to see if I’m able to support you and to answer any questions you may have. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a first session. Sessions offer space to talk, reflect, and explore what’s coming up. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
